Fekete Győr István több zeneszerző-generáció legendás tanára, mestere volt. Emlékét egy - különböző helyszíneken tartott - koncertsorozattal is ápolják volt növendékei, a műsor középpontjába egy-egy Fekete Győr-művet állítva. A sorban harmadik ilyen hangversenyen a 2015-ben komponált Vonósnégyes hangzik el, három tanítvány munkái mellett.
